These are the terms for using Raychat. By creating an account or installing the chat widget on your site, you agree to them.
The free plan
The Free plan is genuinely free — unlimited websites, no trial period, no credit card required, no seat limits. It stays free; we're not going to quietly start billing you for it later. Paid plans (AI-assisted support and beyond) are opt-in upgrades, never a requirement to keep using live chat.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for what happens under your account. You must own or have permission to install the chat widget on any domain you add — domain ownership is verified before live chat activates for that site.
Acceptable use
Don't use Raychatto send spam, malware, or illegal content through the chat widget, to attempt to disrupt or abuse the service (including probing it for security issues without permission), or to impersonate a website/domain you don't control.
Service availability
Raychatis run by a single developer, not a large team with a formal SLA. We aim for high uptime and take reliability seriously, but the service is provided “as is,” without guarantees of uninterrupted availability. We'll do our best to communicate any planned downtime.
Your content
You own the chat conversations and content that flow through your widget. We store it to provide the service (conversation history, analytics) and don't use it for anything else.
Limitation of liability
Raychatis provided without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Termination
You can delete your account/properties at any time from your dashboard. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate the acceptable use terms above.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
Changes to these terms
If these change materially, the “Last updated” date above will change too.
